Silk in satin weave; lining is recent; braid in pattern in gilt metal and yellow silk floss; fringe of yellow silk wrapped with gilt metal with ornaments made of thin gauge metal in various shapes, embossed (brass color) over cardboard shapes padded with yellow silk floss, with edges formed of spiral gilt wires wired to gilt wrapped fiber cord, and additional ornaments of this construction and bowknots of wide "plate" wrapped around paper (?) core. Frisé holds ornaments together; braid and gilt-wrapped fiber used in pairs and gilt cord knotted in pattern hold groups of 4 ornaments in series; also: silk floss in color, silver frisé; stitches: satin (or float) long and short, stem, couching, outline
