Meester E.S.

Meester E.S. was an important printmaker active during the mid-15th century, with documented production spanning the period from 1440 to 1466. Operating exclusively within the medium of intaglio prints, the artist specialized in complex religious and allegorical compositions characteristic of the early development of Northern European printmaking.
